In my current role at UBS Investment Bank, I am responsible for Strategic Investments and Fintech Innovation.  Distributed Ledger technologies have caught my interest with their potential to revolutionise the financial industry. My prior responsibilities at UBS have also included leading the 'Go-2-Market' strategy for UBS Neo.  The 'game-changing' Investment Banking Platform. Prior to UBS my experience includes, growing a Financial Services software business and in my role as CEO taking the company through a 'trade sale' and post acquisition integration; building and grown early stage/mid size businesses (Marketpipe, Morse, BSG Consulting, and SQL Systems), managing complex consortia businesses (Issuenet and NationalGrid), developing and executing sales  and partner plans, and tightly managing business financing, from day to day cash flow through to raising investment capital.   A continuum throughout my career has been my strong focus on sales and revenue generation and buildlong dynamic, creative, focused and committed, customer centric teams.
